Christie: What's this?
Another lovely package from the etsy shop, alleluja?!
Look, it's so tiny! It must be for me!
Look at how cute the packaging is!
Let's open it up, shall we?!
Oh! Look!! It's.... it's.... uh... *checks the etsy listing*
A LUCKY WATERBEAR! Wait...
What's a Waterbear? *googles the term "waterbear"*

Haha, obviously Christie was not the one to give a Waterbear too, LOL,
although I suspect she'll warm up to him.
He is a good luck charm after all!
He really is super cute and tiny,
a wonderful little statue for any doll home,
or a wonderful little good luck pocket charm for any person!
He is very cute.. xD
ReplyDeleteYes he is! When I ordered him I didn't realize he was so small!!! The small size has only added to his adorable nature.
DeleteHe is kind of cute. Very interesting to read about waterbears. Never heard of them before. I have a strange question though, if nothing can really kill them, how do they die? Fascinating creatures indeed!
ReplyDeleteChristie may come to love him, just give her time.
Isabelle
They are interesting, aren't they?!
DeleteI guess the little guys just expire naturally, lol... after a very, very, very long time!!!
I'm a little bothered by all the tests they've done on them... I imagine them doing them all to one waterbear, one very pissed off waterbear, LOL!!! (which I know isn't the case, but alas, that's where the ol' imagination took me)
Although the etsy version is button cute, the real thing is creeping me out - and I'm someone who likes creepy things, lol.
ReplyDeleteI know! Right?! Hahahaha... there is something about the waterbear that's just too much. It's still awesome as heck... but creeeepy too. XD I think I want it to have a cuter face, lol.
DeleteOne must tell the story of the waterbear! XD
ReplyDeleteEeeek! Maybe it's a lucky charm... but I'm not sure I'd be able to get used to it LOL
ReplyDeleteChristie: Haha! I am right there with ya!
